    The FCC website has 2 items listed as Manual, but both are just a 2-pages piece of paper... Not sure if that's what was included with the packaging. I think the printed "manuals" for Sony dev hardware are usually small, and then you have a bigger manual in PDF form with the SDK (especially starting with PSP/PS3)
