Not really a hack or a mod, but I guess it fits in here best. I've been working on a PS3 with a mangled HDMI port today (COK-002 board). It's a horrible though-hole type connector which I haven't seen before, and rather than steal one from another board, or try to find a replacement - I decided to fudge on an SMT type connector I've got lying around. The pin layouts are obviously different, so I had to map out the PS3s solder points. Here's what I came up with.. I thought maybe one of you might find it useful at some point.. Sorry bout the browser-unfriendly size.. but kept it big should you want to print it.
