PS3 IDU Update Disc

Does anyone has a IDU Data Disc by anychance? I've heard these special discs holds a few Kiosk made installable .pkg files made specifically for those firmwares & mostly the exact reasons why trying to install PS Store content it coughs out an error everytime! For proof here's a quote from a doc manual:

I know but I just for like to examine a bit more on it & see if there's any connections to SHOPINSTALL folder from the discs.
