PS3 Jailbreak 4.75 CFW v1.02 - PS3 Slim & Super Slim.7z is Real or is just bullshit and if its Real dose anyone know the Fucking Password

 

Most likely fake, seeing as last time I checked there was no CFW for Super Slim.

 

All CFW with passwords are fake. Stick to the scene sites and forums, anything else is a gamble.
From what I've even heard years ago, is some of these so called CFW just lock your PS3 in demo mode.

These are completely fake.
It's the same situation for things like a PS3 or Xbox 360 emulator.
On Youtube they post a video that it seems to work and then they link you to a stupid survey site and obviously the files are fake.

 

I just hate those fake CFW file links. Sometimes they might give you a virus or brick your console.

 

Or make you go through a bunch of spammy ads to get them free ad $ and your email address plastered across shitload of spambots.

If it's password protected and there's no easy to find password, delete it and look elsewhere.

Once I used a password cracker on a zip file and after a few hours it found a password (gibberish like someone mashed keyboard) and inside was mom-working file (Error reading it) so it's probably fake file with extension changed to look legit then password protected to prevent people from finding out it's fake.

 

Cfw with a password yes is more than likely fake and ps3 and Xbox 360 emulators do exist that are making great progress rcps3 and Xenia come to mind at the moment

 

If there truly was a new CFW you can bet that everyone would be talking about it and all the PS3 newssites etc would be squawking about it nonstop. If someone says they have a CFW and its legit it won't be hard to find information on it because it would be hugely important.

Otherwise its just people trying to scam you or trick you. Those dumb youtube videos made by 13 year olds who can't spell saying that they have a new CFW are obviously fucking fake. Anyone with a brain should be able to figure this out.

On most fake youtube videos they show an Xbox 360 or PS3 "emulator" and it looks 100% functional and ready to use.
Yes, real emulators exist for the 7th gen console, but none of them can run games at a playable framerate ( at least of now ).

 

There is still no CFW for super-slims as there is no way to downgrade them AFAIK. Wish there was. People really need to get a life rather than make these bogus files. Emulating 7th gen consoles is a bit pointless at the mo as most of the games are available on pc and with higher graphic potential.

 

I was able to Get the password for the 4.78 version

 

If you do mod a PS3, then what can you do with it? I'm not interested in piracy, but are there good emulators or homebrew games for the PS3?

 

It's fake, there is no CFW that can be installed on stock 4.78.

 

Even if you got the password, the contents would be fake.

There's plenty of "retro" emulators that work fine for the PS3.
