Is there a physical difference between a retail and Test PS3? If you could load a debug FW on a retail PS3, would that turn it into a perfect debug, or is there more to it than just the FW?
Debug FW has already been installed on retails, but it doesn't run a thing (well, does run legit retail stuff, IIRC). Maybe a debug FW installed on a retail could be made to atually "work like a debug", i.e. run unsigned code and all (AND supplying said debug syscalls) using a PSJB, but someone would need to make a proper payload for that.
