PS3 Kiosk, what can i do with this one?

Hi. I get PS3 demonstration. Look like retail one. This one was 3.55 ofw, i upate it to 3.70 and was unlocked it using security code. Now in settings i have got one option more "Install Package" so can i install multiman and run games using multiman?
Demonstration PS3 offer me more than retail?
What can i do with thia one?

 

well from what i had learned and know about was when using their install package files it can only let you install i believe just stuff like only just Demos and maybe ones retail only signed packages 3.70+ keys

 

so can i run debug firmware on it? or turn retail into demo/kiosk mode? (i mean add option install package on 3.70 retail)

 

A Kiosk is a Retail with limited functionality. You have the menu to set certain reset Params and run Demo and Retails stuff like on any other common unit. You can't install Debug firmware on it and it has nothing to do with an actual TEST unit.

 

but my kiosk have got install package option, retail haven't got it

 

Kiosk Units use retail keys like regular units even though they have the Install Package Content option. You kind of shot yourself in the foot when you updated to 3.70, because now you can't install anything.

General rule of thumb before updating anything, Check or ask somebody first.

 

I don't think so sadly now pretty much you just gotta do the secrity code (if you know it) if not then your sort of screwed mostly and then once unlocked try doing a cross-grade from your Sex aka Shop fw to a reinstalled ofw so it can possibly be fixed
