PS3 PSU with 3 PIN connector - ATX PSU MOD

[Need Help!] PS3 PSU with 3 PIN connector - ATX PSU MOD

Hello guys! I am working on a PS3+X360 in a PC Case.

However i am having a hard time figuring out the pin outs as the PS3 of mine has a 3 PIN connector and i haven't seen any tuts around regarding the same.

I would like to use a single atx psu for both ps3 and xbox 360.
Any help is greatly appreciated.​

 

One pin will be Ground, one will be PSU ON and one will be 5V.

Plug the PSU in and check with a multi. Ground should be common so just hold the black probe on the MB mid-chasis..

 

Thanks Letham. so we have 5V plus ground so i guess i need to connect the red wire and black wire from the atx psu. but how about the psu on? where should i connect that? can u share any link with a diagram for reference? thanks again.

Sorry I have been away, On the ATX psu the GREEN wire on the 20 pin connector is the PS on wire.
