Ps3 Retail PAtch pkg convert to debug pkg!! NEED HELP

I need help to convert retail pkg files to debug pkg files...ive tried everything,but no chance,i am to stupid!!Hope some here could do that for me and upload it somewhere,as i want to play this game online on my ps3 test.If its helpfull,i could pay for it.Not that much,but a bit!

Wouldn't it be cooler to ask for the way to do it?
So you could maybe learn a little bit and spread that knowing...
