PS4 CUH-1102 shell fit on a CUH-1202 ? .....Fan Mod

hi guys , i want to do a mod for my PS4 CUH-1202 as in cut a hole on the bottom shell for more air flow. I may add a fan or just attach a filter. I want to do a test run and get my bearings right before cutting the original bottom shell. I have seen on ebay a different model , question is will a CUH-1102 fit on a CUH-1202 ?.
