I know most of you guys probably won't like it, but this just gave me some good laughs. The quick poll answer by Bernadette works everytime! lol
^^ :friendly_wink: none of the above! .... the 'both' answer seemed best! (from the lady too) .... still... :cocksure:
This is even more unfunny than Big Bang Theory normally is, which should technically be impossible. I can improve that bit significantly, though: Sheldon: Maybe I should buy a Wii U! *audience and every person in the store burst out in uncontrollable laughter* Annoying Lady: What's a..."Wii U"?
"Why one? Maybe that's how many seconds they thought they put the naming in." I almost died here on this part! Also, this is my new argument when people start talking about the names...
"Hey Sheldon, wanna play some PS3 with me?" *The audience chuckles nervously "No, PS3 has NO GAMES" *The audience laughs heartily "Maybe I'll buy a Wii U and you can play that with me... BAZINGA" *The audience begins laughing so hard they burst into flame and their lungs explode. They start pissing themselves from laughter, which fails to put out the flames but makes everything smell like burnt hair and urine. An older gentleman has a heart attack and dies on the floor, burning and covered in piss. The earth trembles below the studio, opening a gaping crack into the underbelly of the earth. Several members of the audience are dragged into the blackness, laughing so hard blood spills from their mouths as they descend into the molten core of the earth, smashing into the rock as they fall. The continued laughter echoes off the rock, causing the largest known earthquake in history, crippling the powergrids of several of the world's major cities, plunging humankind into darkness for weeks. Martial law is called into effect as the riots increase in size and aggressiveness. As food begins to run out, half of the world's populace is dead, with the survivors now resorting to cannibalism and subsistence farming.
This. But we were warned haha. I think the Big Bang Theory might have as much hate levied against it as Chuck Lorre's other on-the-nose sitcom, the despised 2 & a Half Men. Didn't think that was possible.
@unknown-organization about Microsoft coping Sony your just being a silly nilly. "EVERY" company including Microsoft and Sony copy from everyone else and "gasp" this idea of Companies copying is as old as the very first Marketplace was erected stating that said wares were equal or better than latter wares. However this song sums it up. I'll let you simmer on that song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apJ6JDURV68
I remember one time I went to Gamestop, and they were playing a clip or something from that show. I wasn't looking at the screen, but I could hear it, and it was incredibly annoying. It's as if they said, "Let's make a sitcom, except we'll remove all traces of comedy, and make all the characters so whiny and annoying that you'll want to throw a brick at your TV." That's my take on it. Another thing, they realized, "Well, this isn't funny. Maybe if we add a laugh track, that'll make it funnier!" Needless to say, it didn't work.
Hey, let's not get carried away here, there's no way BBT is anywhere near as bad as Two and a Half Men. A perfect summary.
You mean without Charlie Sheen ? Yeah then I get you. But Two and a Half Men with CS. Was at least funny with his antics sometimes . But BBT rubs me the wrong way . In such a way, that if I have to say my opinion about the show, I would be seen as LGBT phobic. Which I am NOT. But okay, let me be more specific then. The main characters are three men. Who are "highly intelligent" to a certain degree , you could even call them Aspies. But I feel the whole BBT series. Is in insult on either Aspies and highly intelligent individuals. Whether they are men or women. So to my former statement. BBT fucking sucks, with or without a laughing track, and I do not give a toss. If the show has won any awards or not.
