I would like to buy early versions of control pads for PS4.
So prototype, alpha, beta, etc are all included.

I am also keen to talk to anyone who has these controllers even if they aren't ready to sell them. As they may be able to provide me with interesting info about them.

What kind of info were you wondering about them? I had one in my possession for a little bit of time.

And you didn't fucking tell me?

I assume you want the one in Borman's video (he doesn't have it any longer), but for point of reference where do you place this controller in the "Proto/Alpha/Beta" timeline? Would this be considered Beta to you?

I think he just means pre-release hardware in general.

Yes JDX-1000 is exactly the kind of thing I am after.

Since I don't actually have any at this stage besides retail controllers I can't say for sure.
But from reversing various things it seems like there were about 17 variations during controller development.

The names given to the main types as they progressed were:
Genri (generic? 6 versions of these)
Proto 3.0 (prototype? 2 version of these)
    EVT 1.0
    Proto 4.0 (prototype?)
    DVT 1.0
    EVT 1.5
    DVT 1.1 (jdx-1000)
    DVT 1.5 (jdx-2000)
    DVT 2.0 (jdx-2000)
    DVT 2.5 (jedi)
PVT 1.0 (retail controller, ie CUH-ZCT1)

I have the last controller, so am interested in any other the others, and of course any that are not in this list.
