US PS4 Reballing service

Hello all I just got a PS4 launch model that the APU needs a Reball to work reliably it had BLOD when I got it but I got it to work by lightly pushing the top of the case shell where the APU is and now it works fine as long as I do not put pressure around that area of the system or BLOD again

To the point are there any reviewed and or accredited either people or shops for either here or online based that I can mail this off to for it to be Lead Re'balled and that will not update the system after they repair it thank you for everyone's time in reading my post and I look forward to any help given

 

You could just do a reflow, I think. Is there any reason you specifically need reballing?

 

from what ive read via many sites reballing is the best for the ps4 platform reflow doesnt fix the issue it just flattens the BGA balls
