PS4 test kit DUH-T1000aa loaded with 4.07?

Hi everyone,

First post an all here and it's a bit of a doozy.
I lucked out in finding a PS4 test kit, specifically a DUH-T1000aa.

Only problem is that the individual who had it before me has it loaded with a retail firmware. The most current one actually. It's 4.07.

Now I know that this is a long shot, but is there any way for me to reload the 3.5 developer or any on the earlier ones? I have copies of the files, I just need someone to point me in the right direction.

If there's no important data on the PS4, you could try recovery mode

from there you can try doing the USB update since you have the files
