There is a bit in the small print which states if you write to them using a fountain pen filled with the blood of a virgin (should be easy for some of you), stating your name, address, psn name, social security number, dogs name, pi to the 1024th digit, statement saying you wish to join pointless lawsuits in which you get $20 and some law firm gets another fleet of Ferraris, statement saying that everything is apples fault and that Steve Jobs will join Satan as his right hand man soon and a statement saying that you a whining git that has nothing better to do and send it via carrier pigeon to Sony then they wil make a note of it and lose it in a fire in 6 months time when everyone has forgotten about it. (some of this may not be true.) Sony are not saying you can not sue them, they are just saying stop making law firms rich with pointless class action suits that will give you a few dollars at most.
