Yeah, they are really dragging their heels on that. Apparently it needs to appeal more to the Japanese first.

 

well the update is great for the PS3, and I use my PS3 alot lately, but nothing I haven't been doing on the 360 for the past 2 years.

 

i'm glad i don't have a PS3 yet. i would have gone insane trying to play online with friends after spending so much time with Xbox Live. this update is bringing A LOT of welcome features for sure!

the trophies are cool but it would have been so much better if they included it from the beginning.

 

Home happens with the public beta in Oct from what I've read.

 

Too bad the in-game XMB is crap.. Well, it's better than nothing, but
some of the features you would expect to be able to use still do not
work.

 

Ah they should give up on home as it's taking too long and will be largely ignored by most people when it does come out and spend all their efforts improving Mainichi Issho to have more avatars and chat facilities, release it in English and then everyone will be happy.

 

and rape Jamtex by a professional wrestler, that should cost them some money too.

I'll update my Japanese 60gb machine tonight after I have a few more goes on Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.

 

Loving the new update but some of the SSHD trophies are right bitches to get.

 

Sony have taken it down until they work out what is causing the problems.
