final got my DTL-L1500 PSP testing tool it a AVTOOL for media lab ,not for developer use they use it test UMD video before mastering... and lucky I got the testing UMD too (in dvd rom drive ) picture is show up how they internal use AVTOOL for QA test UMD Video... please don't ask where it from / how can I got XD
That cool does it have any special I/O on it That is different from the PSP development unit or test unit.
It's the exact same hardware as the DTP-H1500, they ship with a different firmware and idstorage and are used to test UMD Video and are incredibly rare to come by. I am not aware of any official updates for these, so I believe they are never updated after factory (though they ship with different factory firmware depending on when they were produced) The 1.50 DTP-L1500 firmware was dumped and shared on these forums by yours truly.
