    Hi All,
I thought id would be a good idea to have a thread that will help people like myself who has the following question on their minds:

"I want to homebrew software for PSP, what do i need to get started?"

Try to gon on this forum to fetch some informations, and go here to download the toolchain. There is a codewarrior devkit floating around but I don't think it is useful without the main PSP's devkit.

That may not be a lot of money to you, but it is to a lot of people.

Secondly, Sony won't just sell 'em to any old Tom, Dick or Harry. They want to make sure they are selling them to a serious developer. If you have no history, they will want to see design proposals, publishing agreements, etc.

i mean not cheap overall but compared to a xbox or a ps2 tool when they where introduced (not even thinking about what the xbox 360 dev might cost) its not so bad

and yes 10k is even too me much money even i did spend nearly a fifth of that amount on a 3do m2 dev it creates a huge hole in my pocket
