Procedure: Download the firmware here to your computer. Create an "UPDATE" folder (as follow) on the memory stick. Copy the firmware into the "UPDATE" folder. Insert the Memory Stick back to the PSP. Make sure that you have inserted a fully charged battery and connected the PSP to the AC adapter. Turn on the PSP and run the "UPDATE" program. Warning: When updating the firmware, you must not disconnect or turn of the power of the PSP, otherwise it will be damaged and you cannot recover it by yourself. Therefore you need to bring it back to service centers in Japan for repairing. Beware, update at your own risk!!!!
