:thumbsup: Ok, I dont know if its cool to talk about this stuff here so feel free to remove this if you want. I have modded ALOT of psp's in my time and never had a problem doing it. However my manager just got a new GOW red PSP pack today and he wants me to do the Pandora mod on it so he can have CFW. I have never modded a Slim PSP so I have a few questions. 1) my pandoras battery is from a Phat PSP, will it be ok to use on the slim for the mod? 2) will all my older firmwares I use be ok on the slim like 1.50 and all that jazz? 3) Is there anything diffrent you have to do with slims? Please let me know as I really dont want to brick his new PSP
1 ) Yes no problem at all with using a fat pandora battery on a slim 2) Anything below 3.60 wont run on a slim, except for 1.50 with the time machine but I advise you to install the lastest M33 revision and stick with 3.xx homebrews, most/all 1.50 homebrews have been ported to 3.xx already and 3.xx kernels are better and faster. 3) the procedure to install M33 is the same as on fat. thanks man. Is there a guide or anything you can link me to for the process. I have done it before on the phat but never the slim and I downloaded that file you said I need but I have never used it before. The pressure is really on me this time because he wants it done like on the spot while he is there and usually I take the system and have it for about 5 hours to test it and stuff after I finish up. So I need to be ready to go tommarow and get it done right the first time.
