I've got a old PlayStation model SCPH-7002 with a broken cd drive from a friend. Can I use the psu from this model in a debugging station DTL-1202 or Net Yaroze DTL-3002 ?

If I remember, the connections for power changed in later psones.
You can swap out a power board no problem, I had to convert about 25
blue unts as I had no power bricks.

Are the power connections the same inside?

I haven't checked that because I don't want to disassemble my debug units. The Net Yaroze has a seal which I don't want to break.

The psu would be just a spare part for the future. All my units are working fine currently ;-)
