I have a blue psx, but I cannot use her , someone can send me the necessary soft or guides/instructions?

  2. ...It should work 'as-is', i.e just like a 'normal' psx, whats the issue, does it not fire up under power?

The question is that I have the alone psx, debugging station, and I would like to know if I need software or some another thing?

  4. You don't really need any software, the machine alone should suffice for 99% of the work.

You need a standard power cord and a standard video cable. A standard controller is optional, but it comes in handy if you actually want to do anything with the game you've popped in.

I assume you're trying to dev for this system and you're looking for the compiler? Or are you just having trouble using it as a standard PSX? As Oldengineer said, it should work just as a retail model with the added ability to play burned games. I've got some info on them on my site, there's more on the assembler wiki.
