[PSX DEMO] Double Life (Music For Playstation) [SCED-02257]

Here's a promotional audio cd and demo disc combo that was being retailed by Sony Music, back in 1999.
The audio cd contains music from and "inspired by" playstation games. The demo disc is, just that, a demo disc.

It's mentioned here and here. Although none of the audio discs at crimson-ceremony are the same as this one.

Would you please scan the back insert (preferably take it out of the case so the spines can be seen as well, same as the scans on Demo Pals) and music disc as well, so I can add the variant to my site?

 

I've lost the back insert and I don't have no scanner. Included with the "Demo + MP3, Demo + FLAC, Demo + Audio BIN/CUE" downloads are: front, cd and audio cd covers, all taken with my camera.
I can take pictures of the booklet however, it includes a tracklist.

Sorry for late response, I was offshore with really crappy Internet. I couldn't download such large files.
