Psx DESR 5100 need repair advice.

Hey everyone, i just got a Psx Desr 5100 from a friend who asked me to repair it, when i got it there was no power to the device at all, so i opened it up to find that the power flex cable next to the dvd drive was punctured by the screw, first i need to know what flat flex ribbon cable i should buy as a replacement, and second what fuses i should buy for replaceing the blown ones on the mainboard, as i have read the forums here and it seems if the ribbon cable is broken this way it also blows some fuses on the main board, any advice would be helpful.

 

Why not try to replace the ribbon cable first? If it ends up working fine, then that would be a great thing.
As for the cable, you might need to find one that is physically compatible.
