PSX DESR-5700 not recognize Gran Turismo 4 japanese disc

Hi everybody! I have a console collection and I like so much of my PSX DESR-5700. When I bought it I checked it if it turns on, but in last days I tested with a original Gran Turismo 4 japanese disc. The disc works in my PS2 (SCPH-39001 with modchip) but not in PSX. I opened the PSX and I realized that SF-DB11 optical lens not recognize the Gran Turismo 4 disc. Another DVD-DL discs are recognize. What can I do to PSX to recognize the Gran Turismo 4 disc? Or the solution is exchange SF-DB11?
