Those aren't rare at all, and are available in many shops in Japan. They apparently sell for under $20, tho since you got your pic from yahoo you've probably seen the BIN prices already.
. have you seen this in blue? If it's transparent blue even better. think YJ asking price was 450 yen so I might ask her to pick one up... cheers
