I don't drink (With the exeption of a glass of champaign on new years eve) Don't smoke and will never take drugs. I wish here in holland they'd put some more restrictions on it, you can get the stuff on just about every street corner and the goverment turns a blind eye, maybe thats why the level of drugs usage is so high here in holland (1 out of 4 teenagers uses frequently), same goes for alcohol hell 12-13 year old are drinking on a regular bases :Hangman:
Why?Smoked some bad stuff?Never smoke piece it'll fuck you up big time, get some northern lights or super skunk and you'll surely have a nice experience. I'm a weekend weed smoker and I like it a lot but if you smoke it daily you could probably get into lazyness problems.I don't drink any alcohol beside beer from time to time and I don't take any chemical shit.If properly used marijuana is one of the most harmless drugs avaible, if you don't overdo it (alcohol is much more harmful and addictive too). You can't protect anybody from theirselves, if they don't drink all day they kill each others or do other shit, that's just they way it is.
Marijuana is no more addictive than alcohol. I know people who can smoke every day for six months and quit cold turkey and others that panic if they're close to running out. It depends on the person. It is safer than alcohol too. I've never seen someone too stoned to drive that was just on pot and I've never seen someone get violent on pot. I don't smoke pot and even I think it should be legal.
i am not talking against cannabis i am just a little wery about it because i have met people who got psychotic of it and one of them i feel some guilt today she went into her psychosis again because of me and i feel bad about it still to this day. but i prefer cigarettes and sometimes alcohol, but not very often alcohol. chemical shit are not something you should play with but still the best cannabis i smoked was when a friend made a joint to him and me and damn i got stoned bigtime and heard the Fear Of The Dark album(by Iron Maiden) on his stereo and that was groovy and i had a laughing time and the munchies. and yes the hash was from Christiania
Then you've never met people who use a lot of pot, i've had 2 classmates who used it so much one of em has gotten himself short term memory damage. It's just as dangerous as alcohol and just as addictive.
Re: Alcohol Same here, never drank in my life, though I did smoke occasionally a few years back. In fact I don't think I've ever so much as seen an illicit drug. Weird, that.
I think they're both non-addictive, but grass is a way safer choice than alcohol on all fronts. 1: Health 2: Weed doesn't induce agression, which makes driving awful, and prone to fight 3: Alcohol = fattening (but weed makes you pig out)
It isn't addictive in any way.If you smoke it a lot daily you might get as lazy as a person can be and fuck up your life, but if you need something like that daily you have already other problems for sure. But there are other people who like to smoke it daily and have a normal life just like everybody else. Alcohol is addictive, harming the liver and kidney, causing serious braincell loss when you're drunk etc. etc. Smoking weed can cause a latent psychosis but ONLY if you have a serious mental illness tendency or suppressed memories.Same goes for LSD but of course LSD is a lot more psychoactive and can't be compared to marijuana. Your short term memory might not be that good if you smoke a lot but if you stop smoking it'll be gone after a month. Please inform yourself before making any statements that aren't true.
I`ll try to get a pic lol, I`ll see what my friends are upto next weekend, theres a pretty large Dance music festival near me so one of them should get something lol. To add to the debate I`ve tried almost everything, and by choice rarely (almost never) drink, smoke, pop pills etc. Reason ? Just got a bit bored of going out. Maybe if acid was on hand again it may be a different story lol. I believe all drugs are addictive in some sense, whether it`s a physical or mental addiction.
I'm a heavy drinker thats for sure, i drink too much. I smoke too many cigarrettes too, though i usually drink and smoke so much that it puts me off for a few days, before im on it again. Its not serious, but deff too mucxh as im trying to get back in shape. I hardly smoke weed or hash anymore, i just got bored and frustrated with getting stoned. I'd never touch heroine etc, but ive done most stuff other wise, though ive stopped all trhat crap cause the people that are really into it tend to be idiots, and besides....none of its god for you.
I seriously doubt your friend went psychotic because of the pot. Either your friend already had problems, was on something else as well, or the pot was laced with something. Just about everyone I know smokes pot and I absolutely agree with you that pot can be addictive. Just not to everybody. It is like alcohol in that respect. Some people become alcoholics and others don't. Pot is no different. Some get hooked and others don't. I'd have in my opinion though that it the people who do get hooked don't necessarily have a predisposition to pot but to drugs in general. I have to disagree with you though that pot is more dangerous than alcohol. I can guarantee you that alcohol will directly cause far more deaths than pot will this year. If you can even find a fatality directly attributable to pot.
I'm sure a lot of people fall in the same category as me, but I'm going to actually talk about it. I've done everything I want to do, and probably a lot that I didn't. I've never done heroin, or PCP, so don't expect to hear about that here. Anyways... Alcohol: Not physically addictive, but there ARE alcoholics. They're addictive like cigarettes (bear with me). It's a totally menal thing. Unfortuantely, you can't take a beer break at work every hour like you can a smoke break and keep your job. You CANNOT drive after having many drinks. Tobacco: Extremely evil but also NOT physically addictive. It's mentally addictive. How do I know this? Simple, I smoked 30 fags a day for 9 years.... never once did I wake up in the middle of the night b/c I needed a cigarette. Not once had the chills, vomit, couldn't sleep, etc. You cannot do that on a physically addictive drug. Your body not functioning without it is the very definition. This is a main point in Alan Carr's "The Easyway to Stop Smoking" which worked fantastically for me. I was a professional smoker, and I've not had one since. Illegal, but socially acceptable stuff: Marijuana: Non-addictive. Yeah, it's fun, and it's easy to smoke every day, but this is extremely easy to quit. You don't smoke in bars (in most countries), and very few (good) jobs allow you to have this kind of smoke break. I smoked heavily from 18 until I moved to Japan (23-ish), at which point it became a social thing. Marijuana DOES affect your short-term memory, but it comes back when you quit smoking. You *CAN* drive after being extremely baked. If you can't, you're doing something wrong. Driving while your'e really really high is like driving when you've just woken up. Not the safest, but nowhere near as dangerous as when drunk. You're usually going 10 mph under the speed limit anyway. Am I wrong? Someone please post me a link to the "Dont smoke pot and drive" web page, or a link to an accident where someone was ONLY smoking pot and wrecked their car? Hallucinogens (Acid, Mushrooms) These are the most non-addictive drugs. They last so fucking long and are so intense, you don't want to touch them when they're done. I do not recommend driving on these. I also don't recommend being around people you don't trust, as it can really freak you out. These do NOT make you think you can fly, jump out of buildings, jump in front of cars, etc. Only when coupled with a pre-established mental condition does shit like that happen. In fact, to TRULY hallucinate (IE, talk to elves and shit) you have to eat a lot of really strong stuff, and it takes agse to come back to reality. Truly a college thing. MDMA (Ecstacy): Very fun, and the only thing I really miss from my younger days. It's a low grade amphetimine (speed) which is why your heart speeds up and you tend to dehydrate. On that note, it's the dehydration that kills you - not the MDMA. If you're going to dance in a sweaty club w/ no AC - drink some water like a human. No long term side effects have been proven but it's pretty obvious it does some bad shit. Nothing feels that good without a price. Short term effects (in terms of days, weeks) is very noticeable. Memeory loss, massive appetite loss, depression a few days later, not to mention some nasty funk in your saliva. Yes, it does make you very horny, but does something w/ your urinary tract, so peeing, and achieving orgasm (for men) can prove difficult. Length of this difficulty depends on how many you eat. There you have it -- the low down! Enjoy you little hellions!
Fortunately where I live drugs are not common, and they are very, very hard to come by, with the exception of Marijuana. I only know a few people who actually do it. The big thing around here is dipping. I know several people that dip (most of them do it at school). I have to say dipping is probably the most disgusting thing ever. Personally, I don't drink alcohol of any kind, I don't smoke, and I don't do drugs of any kind. BTW, I have a friend who I think is addicted to Red Bull. He drank like two Red Bulls, and after a little while he walked up to this black guy he didn't even know, He put the guy in a head lock and yelled' "Don't start stuff you can't finish boy". :smt017
what is ''dipping''? its maybe because i don't really know drugs , or just because i'm not english.... :smt043
Dipping does not involve drugs. It is tobacco. It comes in a little can, and when some one dips, they take some tobacco and put it under their bottom lip. They occasionally spit to get the tobacco out of their mouth. Very disgusting.
Nowadays, the only drug besides alcohol that I might try is Chá do Santo Daime (Ayahuasca). It`s a brew made of plants that is used by some indians for religious purposes. J.J. Benitez (writer of the Trojan Horse books) wrote a book about mysteries of mankind, and one of them (according to him) is the Ayahuasca. He drank some and told that he left his body and could see what was happening in a friend`s house in other country (I think it was in Spain). He asked that friend to place something very unique and unusual in the living room floor. Benitez "traveled" there while under the effects of the drug and saw what was in the floor, then he called the friend and told what he had seen, and that was exactly the object that the friend put there. I usually wouldn`t believe such a thing just because a writer said so, but I know some people who have actually tried it and they all describe the same thing. It seems interesting.
