    Tiny WIN32 PVR (Dreamcast Texture) Viewer and converter.

    not much to say, but free code and easy to use. drag and drop any pvr on the exe.

    8kb binary because fuck bloated EXEs

    You can something in an pvr and see directly the result !
    and it can the reverse i.e. put aimage and convert it in pvr ?

    It cannot, pvrconv or similar would be the best choice for that.
