pwned.nl That flash animation is hilarious, except for the last part which is dumb. The best part of it is the guy's voice. Oh man, I just started laughing in school (a day after I saw after somone posted it on another forum); something about the "pooning of teh noobs" is just hilarious. Oh btw, if there's family/friends/pets in the house, I'd suggest turning it down. There's more than few expletives being thrown around. :smt043
It was an old thread. I mean, who in the right mind actually looks to see if someone poste this before lol. So any CS players in here? I am kinda getting hooked on it.
I used to play CS a fair bit....though I suck at standard CS now....since I started playing CS: Source instead ^_^
Is there really much of a difference besides graphics though? Are there new maps, weapons and stuff? I've heard a lot of people saying they don't like CS: Source...
Just like 99.9% of every PC game out there, it will have its problems. Just recently I've been getting huge lag spikes for unknown reasons even though my connection ping was less than 100 in a lot of servers and these spikes would occur EVERY 10 or so seconds, not just during intense fights. The only thing that changed are the graphics, physics, and extra objects in the map. By physics, I don't mean the weapons and how the aiming system works, that has been left unchanged which is good if you're an old CS player. What I mean by physics is that there are objects that you can knock over and block doorways and the objects push you back so its funny when you knock down file cabinets and find your enemy trying to get over them, so it makes them an easy target. Overall its ok.
Initially you won't notice a difference....but the style of play has changed slightly...I think they tweaked certain things to change it... Either way, whenever I play CS standard these days I just get 0wnzed ¬_¬ Where as on CS: Source I can play alright Now HL2DM is great fun :smt023 Apart from teh lag ¬_¬
cs never really played CS, always played the mod "Firearms", that was fun as hell! A buddy of mine was is ther german national team and that fucker always kicked my ass. :smt022 The good old days.... :smt067
