I paid around $31 shipped last year. Don't remember whether mine had the box, or if so where I put that part.

A nice feature is Qoob tells you the console's internal region. Useful when paired with ENG/JPN switch.

    Thanks ,

Honestly an easy way to tell if you're switch is Jap or USA would be to label it with a label maker.

I always leave USA on top and Jap on the bottom , stick a label on top and bottom and done. Don't really need Qoob to tell me that.

    $55 is unrealistic IMO.

I recently bought 12 (for resale and thats all he had, but still) - for a lot less.

I was intending to sell them for around £25 - so you can use that as a baseline if you like.

I have a couple of these too. So the price would be around $37 USA then. I think that's fair.

Hi Guys, i've recently grabbed my first gamecube and am looking for a modchip. Whats the preffered chip? Would it be the qoob thats shown here? The XenoGC or the Viper Extreme? I'm not sure if there are any others? The only one i've found available so far is the XenoGC for around $17 shipped from Eurasia.
Also anyone know where you can still get the Full Size lids or full replacement case? I saw a member on here had some but i believe they've all been sold now :(

He is selling some for about ~$10 which is a lot cheaper than eurasia - http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?39971-For-Sale-Modding-parts-chips-etc

Next time you are looking to buy something you should post in the WTB(want-to-buy) section :)

Pm'd you. I have some duo-q's that are similar to a xeno gc if you want. Check out price check forum or marketplace for what you need too.

You should send the the author of the original post a private message to see if they have any more to sell.
