I used to have some really cool Q1/Q2 grappling hook mods, and I don't know where to find them now. I've done a fairly quick Google for it, but I'm coming up with nothing. I just want a standard hook, but hopefully with decent physics. Any help is appreciated.
I know what you're talking about, but can't help you on where to find it. I remember reading about this mod a while back in a PC magazine when it was released, and I almost want to say one of them was included in an official Quake II mission pack, but I'm not sure. I do know the original Unreal Tournament Game Of The Year Edition had a grappling hook mod that was a lot of fun...
could be wrong but i think the old quake 2 mod ctf had a grappling hook and the mod weaponsfactory also not sure but i think lithium mod had also a hook
Yeah, but these were standalone hooks, they weren't included in weapons packs. They tend to be of better quality when only the hook is concentrated on, plus I just want the original game with a hook, no "extras". Thanks anyway.
