Quality difference of Sanwa and Seimitsu parts?

Arcades, arcade games, and their controls is the one situation that breaks that bullshit proverb. If you had the equipment you can measure the inaccuracies of poor controls vs. tight ones. For something like say, the Agetech DC stick versus a nice Sanwa/Seimitsu one, you merely need a pulse and an action game.
