A few days ago, I managed to get a Kodak M853 used on craigslist, but it did not come with a USB cord or charger. When I was looking up AC Adapters for the camera, I noticed that the head of the PSP adapter is similar to the Kodak AC adapter. I also found out that other devices can charge with the PSP's AC Adapter.

If anyone has a similar Kodak camera and PSP cable, could anyone test it and see if it works?

If it fits and it's the same Volts and Amps there's no reason why it wouldn't work.

Well, the reason I am asking is my girlfriend is borrowing my PSP and I do not have the charger with me at the moment.

check polarity, and DC output (voltage AND amperes). If they match, then they are ok.

Both are 5V and the PSP adapter is AC 85-240V 50/60Hz for input and the Kodak AC Adapter is AC 100-240V 50/60Hz.

Do the DC output amps match though?

The current can be higher than the device needs, but you shouldn't use lower.

Don't you need a USB cable anyway? And aren't they a few dollars on eBay?
