If an item is sold as "Condition: New" when its obv not, does this give me reasonable grounds to file a paypal dispute after I've paid and recevied the item?

The first thing to do would be dispute it with the seller. I'm not sure whether you have to manually choose that condition thing or not. What does it say in the description? And does it not look like the photos?

The seller is ignoring my requests for more info, it leaves me no choice but to buy it and find out :(

The descrption states it being a "new item" but reading between the lines you can tell it has been used. (Missing accessories)

Its someone elses photo (not sellers) of the wrong model.

You are a bloody idiot if you buy it.

Fake photos and no decent description? Sounds like a SCAMMER to me.

    Move on.

The account has 100% feedback and is a registered business ebay account holder. Doubt its a scammer, just a really crap seller tbh.
