Hello there!!! Can somebody tell me if there exists any incompatiblility or difference between the N64 jumper & expansion paks, I mean in Region PAL/NTSC matter... Actually, my doubt is: Can I use the jumper pak from N64 NTSC bought in USA with my spanish PAL N64 system? I have no idea about that, but I think that a simple memory expansion or a jumper must not have any region difference...
As far as I know, it's region free. Its the same device regardless of where you are. I was going to buy a PAL one to put in my NTSC system, but theres one included on the copy of DK64 I just ordered. So yeah. I imagine it would be fine =)
AFAIK after 117 revisions,RGBmod isnt possible,because the chips you are supposed to mod,are in one chip after rev 1997
I think most black ones you can do it too. I've done it to three and two I know weren't first release systems. The funtastic colored systems you cant modify, they did change the chips in those.......
I m almost sure it worked fine on the Indy kits, VGA is RGB after all. RGB cant be used on the n64 what a fuckup of nintendo's side on that one RGB can be used on the n64. it's a fairly easy mod.................
