    I just got a Nintendo DS opera browser and its not as bad as people say. I was able to connect to my email accounts easily and quickly. I was also able to use eBay to search items (very slow however) I was wondering if there will be any updates to the software and or an increase in the size of the Ram cart memory. I know the DS has a slow processor however it seems to me the lack of ram is the biggest slowdown and bottle neck for the browser. Does anybody with DS programming experience know what the reasons are and if there is a solution. Will Nintendo and Opera be doing anything about it soon? Just pondering the possibilities and fishing for some updated info I am unaware of.

    I don't think they will.

    BTW, has anybody been able to login to the forums? Everytime I try clicking "Log in" the password disappears from the input box.

    The main issue is indeed memory. The average website could easily take up more memory than is available to the DS even with the expansion. Just try to see it as a handy extra you can use when on the move without having to lug a laptop around with you and it feels a lot more useful :)

    Main issue I have with it is that it doesn't support WPA-SK

    Finally managed to log in! Just find mobile versions of your sites and every thing will be ok, I think. {gmail, ebuddy mobile for IM, etc}

    Is it possible for something like the MAXmedia player to act as the ram cart for the opera browser? I know it hasn't been done yet but is the potential there?
