Dumb question that's been in the back of my mind. Around 2 years ago I bought some records pretty cheap from Yahoo Auctions Japan, they went for lower than expected, the thing is, I discovered after translating the description the reason why there were discounted was because they were located in Fukushima/radiation. I can't bring up the auction anymore, vague I know, listing has since long disappeared.

    Should I be worried?

You're asking in the wrong section to start with.

    Yup. Moved to off topic.

If you're worried, go to your nearest University and ask if they have a Geiger counter. Or look for a local business that might.

You probably get more radiation from a laptop than from these.

You can't see smell or feel radiation, your best bet would be a geiger counter test, but I guess you'll be fine.

Thanks for the responses, I'll check them with a geiger counter when I can! I was thinking about purchasing one from ebay, you can get them for $45, however I'm not sure about accuracy.

Might also come in handy for an apocalypse.

TBH Your local physics lab at a school/university will have a Geiger counter and would be interested in anything that came from the Fukushima region.
