Hi, I am a new user, in a few days I should receive the everdrive for Sega Mega Drive, I would like to ask you some questions: 1 - How it exactly works to save games? is it automatic? 2 - If I need to update the bios to the latest version I can update directly to v29 or do I give him all the updates one after the other? 3 - Are better. Bin files or. Gen to play on the cartridge? I hope you understand my level of English, thanks in advance  Gabriele
Mega EverDrive isn't out yet. You are talking about EverDrive-MD. Two different products for the same system. All of your questions have been answered many times before. All your stuff should be up-to-date if you just ordered. There are two different software that run the EverDrive-MD. The Firmware and the OS. Firmware hasn't had update in long time and requires USB Blaster to update, OS can easily be updated yourself from Tools menu. Normally BIN are better, but its not the file extension that matters to the EverDrive its what is inside the file.
correct, I meant Everdrive-MD, I was wrong, I ordered the product from Tototek on 23/10/2011. Thanks for your help, in case I'll update it if necessary, and about the saves during the game? the cartridge automatically performs them? or need a few commands from the pad? Ok for the file extensions, if necessary i'll convert the format, thanks again
