How exactly do you come across Kiosk sets? when a console gets near death do i just offer the game shops money for them or something? i wonder if they keep old ones in the back room or something?
It's a good question  I got mine from a Game store here in Denmark. Actually it was very lucky that I found out it was for sale. I was buying some games of a collector, and noticed that he had this one for sale too. He said Nintendo didn't want to get it back, and since the GameCube was outdated, he got it (he's the boss of the store) Sometimes I see them for sale on Ebay.de and Ebay.nl, they are not very expensive...
I've never seen that Tales of Symphonia Pak Cube before. Do you have the Metroid Prime PAL Cube pack too? What about the ones that have the Zelda collector's disc?
The Tales Of Symphonia Pak was only released in Japan (as NTSC) and in France (as PAL) It isn't very hard to find, but its pretty expensive in good condition. Yeah I got the Metroid Prime Pak too It's probably diffucult to see on the pcitures, but its placed on the top shelve. Havn't got the Mario Kart - Double Dash Pak yet. This is the pak containing Mario Kart and the Zelda Collector's Edition disc
That explains why I've never seen the ToS pak... Around early 2004-ish there was a bundle, in some PAL territories at least, that contained the Zelda disc and a Cube in a regular-looking Cube box with a sticker about the Zelda collector's disc.
Ohh... Actually I remember seeing that pak on the internet, but I have seen it for sale in any shops I thought you were thinking about the MK - DD Pak, it also contained the Zelda disc... Have you ever seen the Zelda CE Pak for sale?
Occasionally, but since many stores were still trying to get rid of old GameCube stock going as far back as the European release, I doubt too many stores ordered new ones...
