On a 3DO tip at the moment, what are the most expensive titles and hardwares out there? Did the wheel ever come out??
nicest hardware is the Sanyo TRY version that came out in japan, grab that along with a copy of Super Street Fighter 2 X grand master challenge and Dr Hauzer(excellent Biohazard like game).Other great titles imo are Madden, Road Rash and the need for speed is good for it's day.
Yeah already have a machine & SSF2TX etc, looking for some unknowns. Hauzer is a good choice, only found out an hour or so ago that it isnt just the jap version of AITD. How playable is it by western types??
3DO Blaster can cost three times as much as a TRY, thats about it for hardware. Expensive games? The rarest of Japanese 3DO games can be had for $30 apiece or so. Like on all CD consoles, go for Policenauts Pilot Disc, maybe Sailor Moon... I think the most coveted games in Japan are the porno ones like the Virtual Cameraman series, Nice Body Fuji, Mahjong Kuru Jidai etc.

nope, It looks like a std player, it has switches to allow CDR's to be played when developoing it. Ive just had a look and its a 3do Testing station FZ1

QATTY, sounds like a debug unit. Umm, well CD-Rs were very expensive and rare back then. I think you'll find ANY 3DO will play CD-Rs!
Rare hardware? Look for the external memory card hardware. Comes up on yahoo japan a lot. Unfortunately, i have no clue how to get something from yahoo japan. Look for FZ-1 mpeg card. Flight stick used to be rare... Lucienne quest.
nope its definately called a testing unit, and it has a switch on it.. I will post pics if anyone is interested
