White labels are given to the press and used as promo copies for other things, they are white so that journos don't get their weekly beer money by flogging off new games on ebay or down the local computer exchange. They aren't too rare but they will be more collectable as time goes on but I couldn't sell PS2 blue print promo copies for 50p so don't overspend money on them.

Well they are kinda rare because people didn't sell them yet. When time comes they pop up more frequently. Just like the DC/PS2/... White Labels.

just dont pay to much for these kinds of discs. The only once's that could be a bit rare are the launch titles... since allot of press-outlets just got US versions on debug and retail format instead of the whitelabels.
