Rare Or Not?

Hi all, recently i got donated a L.C.D. Bowling apparantly the story is that Vtech the guys that made it for a bowling championship or something like that anyways it apparantly sold so poorly they recalled all units i think its rare becuase i cannot find any info on wikipedia or youtube the story may be true but its coming from a friend of mine who isn't always reliable with his info so im still in doubt the story is true if you are wondering i will post images soon PS:it came with its box which is in decent condition and it was made in 1981 works fine too.

The story sounds like BS but yeah it's pretty rare. Not sure if that translates into valuable.

 

its probably just some old console that isnt worth anything.

 

I wouldn't be so quick to discount this. I for one would like to see some images. Might validate it a bit.
