Be ready to pay out the ass for it. Parcelforce was £18 within the UK for a xbox console alone.

UK - $ - ~ 72 dollars priority int'l shipping
Keep in mind international shipping is a little iffy. last time I tried to ship something out of the US, they didn't want to track it without paying some kind of exorbitant fee.

Happened to me recently with USPS. The cheapest shipping option with an actual tracking number is International "Express" which is quite expensive. Otherwise you just get a "Customs" number which just updates until it leaves the country and arrives in the other country. Something like that. >_>

Last two Partner Editions that sold went for $798 and $995. They didn't come with green Dukes, they just came with normal green S-type controllers originally.
