-A few protos (Turbo and Saturn) -PSO Network Trial Edition (DC -- only a few thousand) -Phantasy Star Drama CD and Memorial Fan Book None of the above would be easy to replace.
I think the only thing that I hope will become rare will be Kirby Fortune Teller. It was a Kids Meal toy for Wendys. They only had them for a month. I have three of them. As far as games go. I would say Megaman X4 for Saturn (it goes for $30 on ebay whereas I got it for free). That or Arc The Lad Collection with Arc Watch and Strategy Guide. That or Unreal Tournament 2004 Special Edition (goes for $80 on ebay). Or my Virtua Fighter for 32x or Guilty Gear X for PC. Hardware wise. I would say my 32x.
Things that I personally value having the most: My, PC-FX, FM-towns Marty, front loading 3DO, Atari 7800, top loading NES, Saturn. US Dragon Force and Magic Knights Rayearth fo the Saturn. Japanese Sandora's Big Adventure And Ranma 1/2 Chougiranbuhen for the Super Famicom. Japanese Princess Maker 2 and Blue Forest Story for the 3DO. Welcome to Pia Carrot, Team Innocent and Der Langrisser for the PC-FX. My small collection of Japanese PC Engine CD games. And probably everything else I own that is gaming realted. I love it all!
mmmm that would be my: - Neo Geo MVS Arcade cabinet, which isn't rare but can be called 'expensive' - Fish Tales Pinball machine, which isn't that common anymore - Seaman dreamcast - factory sealed Optimus Prime G1 (oh yeah baby! :smt040 )
Crud, i don't have anything remotely rare or valuable , the raraest thing i have is propably my PC-engine coregrafx which is pretty rare in holland i guess.... :Hangman:

Rarest thing I own would prob be my Saturn demo pod. In a week or so the rarest thing I own will change to a Genesis demo unit cart selector.
That is really cool (in addtion to all the other cool stuff you have)! I want a copy of UY for the Mega Drive. Do you mind me asking how much it ran you?

It looks like you finally got yourself a Digital camera LeGIt. :smt023 Nice pictures by the way. Yakumo
Nice stuff, Legit. I've never been into systems or dev systems due to the fact that I've always lived in a shoe box. The irony is, now that i've got the big pad, I have to move in 6 months.
Fighter needs time badly! Anti, It would be inaccurate to say I'm giving up Saturn devving because I barely had any time to commit to it in the first place, I don't feel that the loss of a programming bax (that I didn't know how to use) will hinder any efforts I may make in the future... However my one good friend who's a coding genius is graduating in just a few months and is considering moving out to California near me, and I know I've REALLY sparked his interest in console programming on the whole and Saturn programming in particular. If he gets into it as whole heartedly as he's gotten into some of his projects we may actually see some meaningful work done in homebrew Saturn... As it stands now I just work too much to sit and learn to do something that I find unbelieveably difficult. I know I acquainted you with the amount of hours I work between the store and the bank but just last week I ALSO partnered up with one of my ex-coworkers to do a little mobile tech service on the side (I'm a business owner now!) and I must say for the first week it's proved INCREDIBLY profitable. Right now I'm just socking away the cash to pay off my car before my girlfriend (soon to be fiance :smt033 ) and I get our apartment together and restart school. I've been concentrating SO much on that I haven't spent ANYTHING on games in over THREE MONTHS! *gasp!* Anyway, with all that going on I'm just going to sell off the Sophia for now, Andy's a good guy so I know I'd be able to buy it back later on should I decide to, for the time being I think i cn make do with my PAR4+ and Comms-Link Card... =D ~Krelian
Post Script Oh and P.S.: I don't even have a boot disc for my Sophia so (after a few consultations with Kev) I've decided it'd be hard to get ANY use out of it at all (without chipping it - a feat I can't imagine ANYONE is up to)... I DO have a number of profitable game TRADE/SALES on the block though (nothing out of either my girlfriend or my collections - no worries [although I DID catch her considering trading in her Lunar SSS Complete to Gamestop - I hid it from her till she promised me she wouldn't trade it in to those lamers for the measly $14 store credit they'd give her for the perfect condition set]). Also, we recently took a week off and went to San Diego! You can see a little site she made of our trip on her webpage at http://www.thatartistgirl.com There's a link to it on the front page (check out her art while you're there too)... And while I'm at it here's a picture of me (because I don't think I've ever posted one) ~Krelian ...again...
I think the most rarest things I've got are: Samba de Amigo - PAL Boxset (inc maraccas) Evil Dead - GDR/DC (ntsc-u) - Review version F1 GP II - GDR/DC (pal-e) - Unknown devlopment state Megadrive promotionstand/storeunit Playstation promotionstand/storeunit
Krelian: ah, that clears things up a bit Good luck with your tech bussiness (I've got one myself but its no big deal, just some extra cash), and it'll be interesting to see what you & your friend can come up with on the Saturn :smt024
Game Goodies This is a hard one because I've lots of game goodies, but one of the rarest items I own is probably a Katana GD-R disc. You simply don't see many of those. ;-) Some other goodies also include a PSone surround sound tech demo done by Sony's DTS division and a Sega Sports branded Sega Saturn prototype (never produced commercially). My most valued game goodie? I won't go for pure value simply because of all the protos I have on hand, instead I'll say that to *me* my most valued game is probably my autographed copy of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for PSone. I've got that sitting right beside my mint copy of Dracula-X for the Duo. -hl718
