I have collected a lot of japanese gamecube stuff & i must admit i have never seen that playable demo & i have been on yahoo auctions looking for hibaihin stuff quite a bit, the only one that turns up really often is the zero demo. Wether or not it ultra rare is debateable but it is rare all the same, i know of most of the hibaihin stuff but this one totally slipped me by.
But I think there are much more rare hibaihin games for Nintendo GameCube, like the other Capcom demos and stuff. What do you think is the rarest, Importaku?
Hmm a tricky question, if it was me i'd say that the beta kit versions of PSO episode1&2 and PSO episode1&2 plus are the rarest for me as i have never seen either for sale i know someone on here had them at some point as i remember seeing the pics. They came in a plain white box with a gamecube modem & a keyboard if my memory serves me right. Id love to own both versions just for historical purposes Luckily most hibahins on gamecube are pretty cheap even if some are hard to get.
Um the rarest thing I own.....Well I have a 64dd and a Hyper Neo Geo 64 but I would have to say the rarest thing I own is a dev kit 3do M2. I got it for 5500 dollars and I think I can get some pictures soon
Don't know what's more rare. I have about 8 PSP protos, a PS2 Test, a debug PSX, and a complete 64DD collection with all boxes and games except for Doshin 2. But hey, that game sucks anyway, so who wants it .
I have the only known World version Taito F3 Land Maker prototype  It's not even a cartridge, its this extra big board that plugs on to an F3 cartridge type mother. -ud
Buy it off you to light on fire? Landmaker is the most frustrating f3 game I own. Damn it to hell ! ;-)
Yeah, it can be punishing, but I find it one of the more rewarding puzzle games because pretty much everything you do to succeed is intentional, as opposed to the many puzzle games where you are doing awesome stuff and you have no idea what's going on -ud
I think my rarest thing is my Hitachi MSX computer and ZANAC in good condition ,and maybe my tiger street fighter LCD rest watch
Now to my rarest games/consoles some new stuff have been added! Games: Boxed Evolution eternal dungeons for NGPC (probably the rarest title of it) Boxed Faselei! for NGPC Mint Panzer Dragoon Saga Consoles: Panasonic Q 64DD Nintendo 64 iQue
totally bull, must have been the Biohazard 0 Trial which is a demo and was given free with an order of another product the Biohazard Remake Trial isn't even a real Trial at all, its a big part of the complete game only with a timer and without the save feature that was used on some game shows AFTER the japanese version got released it was probably give out too some japanese game shops as well quantity: VERY LOW i don't know the details but my estimate would be below 1500 at least while we re talking,I bought this item as well and is currently stuck at the german customs! thanks to the riots near here the customs have gotten really bitchy about this!
I moved from the UK to the states a few years back and had to pretty much sell my whole collection (including sealed Pc Engine Shuttles, Sapphire etc). I guess the rarest items that I still have are a sealed copy of Castlevania and the first PS2 NTSC-J Dev system. Sold Off My US and UK devs a couples of years back.
My Biohazard S.T.A.R.S DC And my Capcom VMU And my Black BBA The last two aren't that rare, but you don't see them every day at least;-)
Well, when compared in scarcity and value, the stuff on this thread blows my stuff out of the water. Probably he rarest thing I've got is a copy of Panic Restaurant for the NES.
Well, the thread isn't restricted to die hard collecters paying lots of $$$ for their stuff;-) We're still interested in hearing what your rarest items are;-)
Just remembered actually, that I also have one of the rare Black Xbox 360 HD-DVD drives given only to Microsoft employees who helped developing the drive. Unfortunately I have no idea how to verify it's authentacy, I've spoken to one who worked on the drive, and we tried to match serial no. But those were far apart. But when you look at it, especially the remote, under the batteries, it looks very much like it's molded in Black plastic, and not a paontjob. So this give me at least some idea it's authentic
