I also got a Pokémon Gold In-Store Demo, but it looks like it is the same as the final sadly...so i can't upload it, right?

 

Run a diff/cmp on the rom, if it defers from all the release versions then I'm pretty sure it's safe to upload, although I'm not sure of the technicalities of non-release final builds being uploaded.
