Thanks to the work of DecoderRing, I can share with you this working late beta of Ratchet & Clank 3 (Up Your Arsenal) dated 8/11/04 (the retail is dated 9/22/04).

Some codes:
Pause the game and press up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right, square then resume the game and press R3 to open/close the debug menu.

To unlock all the levels, pause the game and press up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right, circle.
Later levels are missing from the disc, so don't be surprised if the game crashes at some point.
Some options of the debug menu don't work either.

The disc contains a demo of Sly 2, it differs a bit from the demo found on the retail R&C3 game, atleast the pause menu is different...

I know, at least I downloaded it the day before it went down. I don't have access to it now, but I will upload it when I get a chance. Also, would this work with ESR?

 

I'm not sure about ESR, but unclejun (OP) messaged me saying he will re-upload soon.

 

Thank you unclejun, you just saved me from hours of uploading. I am guessing that this game will work with ESR because the game is not retail. I wounder if retail saves will work with this game? I hope someone releases that Ratchet & Clank Magazine Demo because it's unfair to so it off and not let anyone else have it.
