That's very good of you to post this Raylyd, many others would just run away and hide.

You never did any wrong directly to me or many others here but these action hurt the site and the hobby.

I don't think someone should be able to plead "temporary moral ignorance" that only lasts till everyone clams down. You can not engage in the same repeated actions over an extended period of time and expect to get a clean slate after everyone clams down.

If your defense in this matter is that you are unable to fully understand which actions are morally acceptable then by this admission alone you should never be allowed to sell here again. To say you should be allowed to sell after some time defeats your original argument of defense.

You can't have it both ways.

Either you knew exactly what you were doing and you are a liar and a thief who can never be trusted. = ban from the entire site.

or you didn't know what you were doing and are incapable of forming business contracts with others = market place ban for the protection of everyone. No buying either least we all have a lesson in the morals of paypal chargebacks. Every time something like this happens a new rule is added to marketplace and we are running out of room for Stickys.

You seem like a good guy and people like you so I see no harm in you staying or posting here. For the sake of all honest sellers and the security of all here no one can be allowed to get away with this behavior and get a slap on the wrist.

 

So long as you do it honestly now, I don't see why you should only sell retail.
