Before you leave feedback, please check to see whether the user already has a thread. This may be buried pages down, so the best way to do this is:

    1. Click in the search bar at the top and type the user name.
    2. The drop-down menu will have come up. Select "Search titles only" at the top.
If there is a thread, please leave a reply on that thread. If not, feel free to start a new one!

    Suggested format is as follows:

Action: [sold to / bought from]
    Item(s): [brief description]
Date: [Month and year would be fine]
Feedback: [Leave feedback on how the transaction went]

Some things to consider when leaving feedback:
    • Was the buyer's payment quick?
    • Did the buyer keep to a promised payment date when item was put on hold?
    • Was the item packaged well?
    • Did the item arrive quickly?
    • How was the other party's communication?
    • If there were any issues, did the other party resolve them quickly?

We are proud of our community of good sellers, so all feedback is appreciated. There's no such thing right now as "good" and "bad" feedback (in a score sense, at least). If you have a bad experience, please try to work it out with the seller calmly before leaving feedback.

If you didn't reach an acceptable solution, feel free to leave feedback accordingly, but please remain polite. Remember that abusing others and doxing are against site rules and will have repercussions.

Please also ensure that, if you have an issue with a transaction, your first step is to reach out to the seller (or buyer) and attempt to rectify the situation. Leave them a reasonable amount of time to reply before leaving negative feedback.

You may, of course, then leave feedback that there was an issue and whether it was resolved.
