Ready for JPN>US Master System pin adapter construction!

Heyyy. My donor parts are in. I have a 44pin slot, plus game cartridge for its 50pin bottom edge.
Now they need merger to allow Japanese cartridges to interface with the Western console.

Anybody up for building this prototype? There isn't much to it. Follow accurate pinouts to ensure the 44pin slot's signal will reach its console-side 50pin counterpart intact.
Of course you'll also need to physically reinforce things. Don't want damage from game insertion or removal. :encouragement:

Let me guess this you are trying to build a Mark 3 to master system converter. Because I have seen some Mark 3 to Sega Genesis/Megadrive converters and also a Master System to Mark 3 converter.

 

Correct, this type is different. I don't have much proof one has been built. Why I've been calling it a 'prototype' until I get more conclusive info otherwise.

 

I don't seen anything like that too, if you make one its going to be great. The one I've seen for the genesis/megadrive its very ugly, its not cover with a case at all.

It will allow American titles to work on Japanese consoles but it only works through the expansion connector and not through the normal cartridge slot.

 

Then I'll be exploring a new frontier. I said my plan is going to advance research.
