I spotted this controller on eBay seconds before it finished. Does anyone know what title(s) it was used with? An impulse "oOoOoo, what is that? Must bid" type situation going on here. Thankfully it will be costing my 99p, so any ideas.

Intially I thought it was 2 controllers for 2 different games and that the one on the LEFT was a fishing style controller, but now realise it's not. The other seems to fit over your arm / wrist / hand?

If nothing else it gives me another item to add to the growing "odd PS" side of things.

Yeah, I am either going to be taking my PSone down to ASDA, then Tescos to scan in price differences (what a bloody mundane game that would be!)

"For all you women out there, here's a CrAzY shopping game entitled 'Super Oi Zany Price Check Shopathon!' (only available on PS). Can you spot your supermarket & high street price variations to win prizes?"

...or it's a superb space agey type game that has you rolling about the floor and commanding troops on one hand and dialing for pizza on your wrist thingy.

It is for fishing games. It came out when Sega released a fishing rod controller for DC.

I used to have one of those. I never attempted to use it though as it looked to weird, the dials on it just seemed too random. I thought it was probably something to do with a flight sim type game.

I thought it was an ASCII jobbie?

I might have an article on it somewhere, let me dig it out! ;)

I remember reading a review in a game mag years ago. The right one goes onto your hand like a glove with the controller part on top. If I recall correctly it recognizes inclinations of the hand and converts them to (analog?) joypad commands. It was advertised to (of course...) "offer a new gaming experience" especially in combination with flight games. Another novelty with not much practical use it seems.

A few google searches later: marketed as either the Gamester "Evolution System" or the "Evolution Control Center" by Vidis (Germany).

Thanks Cez, I appreciate it! I've not heard back from the seller - how typical is that eh, it's meant to be the other way round!?

Nice but odd looking controller, from the looks of it in that pic i'd say it seems well made and would love to know more about it.

luckily i never seen it or i might have bid on it when i know i shouldn't but nice find parris.
